3. Contractors: Comply with our HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines, and ensure that their employees and subcontractors do the same.

1. Achieve zero harm: Prevent all injuries, illnesses, and environmental damage.
2. Reduce risk: Identify and control hazards, and reduce risk to our employees, contractors, customers, and the environment.
3. Improve HSE performance: Continuously monitor and improve our HSE performance, and share best practices across the organization.

Review and Revision
This policy will be reviewed and revised annually, or as necessary, to ensure that it remains relevant and effective.

This policy has been approved by the Managing Director/CEO of Marks Energy Limited.
